APPLICATION FOR MARRIAGE LICENCE


This is the first step to prepare an application for a Marriage Licence.  Complete the following form, then click the "Next" button at the bottom of this page.

If the marriage ceremony will be officiated by the Registrar-General you will be asked to provide information for the printing of the Marriage Appointment Form. This form will be printed with your approved application and should be brought to the Registrar-General's office for ceremony scheduling.
